WebCon Collaboration Server allows to efficient managing project in SharePoint environment. The platform automates processes concerning tasks assignment, creating websites of a project, schedules assignment and setting access levels. The system through special plugs may cooperate with Microsoft Project application.

The system has an easily usable creator with the help of which, it is possible to create project website, assign it a schedule and set access levels to its individual parts. Managing created projects is from the level of project website.

Each participant of a project can see his/her tasks in a project, the composition of participant together with functions fulfilled in a given project, progress of a project and all the concerning materials  such as: documents, photos, files, discussion fora, surveys and the like.

A possibility of monitoring the extent of tasks realization together with a system of an overall report allows a manager to supervise projects which are realized all the time. Due to a possibility of storing projects’ documentation, photos, files as well as discussions which are held, a team of designers always have current knowledge of a project being realized. These tasks can be assigned directly from project website or with the help of publication of a schedule with MS Project.

WebCon Collaboration Server, due to cooperation with SharePoint platform, allows to central managing all the projects from the intranet side. Due to graphic reports presenting individual projects together with the state of their realization, they allow to fast assessment of projects’ state. Cooperation with Microsoft Project

Projects’ manager can manage projects which are created with the help of Microsoft Project software, using additional add-in to this tool in order to do it. Reporting of the extent of tasks realization by employees takes part directly on project website.
