Description :
Special list for collecting e-mail messages is provided in the Virto Incoming E-mail Feature. The list includes a set of fields required for correct e-mail collecting.
Fields EmailTo, EmailCc, EmailFrom, EmailSubject, EmailHtmlBody are added to the list automatically. Original email format and all attachments are saved in the list attachment.
Email Document Object Model (EDOM) for developers is supported. Attachments are extracted from Outlook in "winmail.dat" file.
The service is often used for organizing some help desk or customer support services, where processing incoming mail usually serves as the first step in the workflow scheme.
